摘　　要：目的:分析2007—2023年潍坊市学校突发公共卫生事件流行特征,为相关部门制定防控措施提供参考依据。方法:从中国疾病预防控制信息系统中导出2007—2023年潍坊市报告已结案的学校突发公共卫生事件相关资料,采用描述性流行病学方法进行回顾性分析。结果:2007—2023年潍坊市共报告学校突发公共卫生事件54起,全部为传染病事件,报告病例为1384例,无死亡病例,平均罹患率为1.66%;报告事件数排前3位的是奎文区、潍城区、临朐县;每年4—6月、11—12月为事件报告高峰期;幼儿园及小学是高发场所;城市学校报告事件较多。疫情介入处置时间中位数为5.46 d,疫情持续时间中位数为5.54 d,两者呈正相关(r=0.437,P<0.01)。结论:幼儿园及小学是潍坊市学校突发公共卫生事件的重点场所,不同地区应在突发公共卫生事件高发时间针对重点人群和重点传染病制定防控措施。OBJECTIVE To analyze the epidemiology characteristics of infectious disease public health emergency at schools in Weifang from 2007 to 2023,and to provide a basis for targeted prevention and control measures.METHODS Descriptive epidemiolog⁃ical analysis was applied to the data of Weifang from 2007 to 2023,which were collected from China Information System for Disease Control and Prevention.RESULTS A total of 54 public health emergency at schools were reported in Weifang from 2007 to 2023,the whole were infectious disease.There were 1384 patients,no death cases,the average incidence rate of the diseases was 1.66%.The top three places in the number of reported events were Kuiwen district,Weicheng district and Linqu county.April to June and No⁃vember to December were the peak months every year.The kindergarten and primary school were the high incidence places.City schools reported large number of events.The median intervention time was 5.46 days,the median duration was 5.54 days,indicating a positive correlation between them(r=0.437,P<0.01).CONCLUSION The kindergarten and primary school were the high inci⁃dence places of public health emergency in Weifang,different places should formulate more targeted prevention and control mea⁃sures for key populations and key infectious diseases in public health emergency high-incidence season.
