摘　　要：目的:了解上海市青浦区儿童家长预防接种手机应用软件——健康云APP(智慧接种模块)的使用现状及满意度,并探讨相关影响因素。方法:2022年9—10月对在青浦区疾病预防控制中心接种门诊进行预防接种的637名儿童家长进行线上问卷调查,内容包括调查对象基本情况、预防接种服务情况及满意度评价等,运用单因素分析和非条件logistic回归模型探讨使用健康云APP对儿童预防接种服务的影响。结果:637名调查对象中使用健康云APP的有607人,占95.29%;认为使用健康云APP能节约时间的有502人,占89.01%;知晓并使用健康云APP的主要渠道是预防接种门诊医务人员推荐的有468人,占77.10%。在APP下载注册、儿童信息绑定、网络连接、稳定性、便捷友好、在线支付方面对预防接种服务的满意度达到82.37%。是否需要等待、不同工作量门诊、使用健康云APP是否节约时间等会影响调查对象预防接种服务满意度。结论:分时预约、接种提醒、在线支付等功能得到接种对象的广泛认可,建议不断优化健康云APP功能并推广使用,提升调查对象对接种服务的满意度。针对不同工作量门诊应持续关注接种环境和硬件设施的改善工作,为接种儿童及其家长提供更多人性化的服务。OBJECTIVE To understand application and satisfaction of vaccination APP services among children’s Parents,and to discuss the influencing factors in Qingpu District of Shanghai.METHODS The survey was conducted by proportionate to popula⁃tion size.The questionnaire included basic information,service situation and satisfaction evaluation,etc.Likert scale was used to evaluate satisfaction and explored the influence of vaccination APP with univariate analysis and unconditional logistic regression.RE⁃SULTS 607 people(95.29%)used the Health Cloud APP,and 502 people(89.01%)thought that using the Health Cloud APP could save time.The main channel to know and use the APP was the recommendation of 468 medical staff(77.1%).In terms of APP down⁃load and registration,children’s information binding,network connection,stability,convenience and friendliness,and online pay⁃ment,the satisfaction rates reached more than 82.37%.Wait,different workload,and using of Health Cloud APP had a statistically significant impact on satisfaction.CONCLUSION The functions of time-sharing appointment,vaccination reminder and online pay⁃ment have been widely recognized.According to different workload,the outpatient department should continue to pay attention to im⁃proving the vaccination environment and hardware facilities,providing more humanized services,and improving the satisfaction of vaccination services.
