川西平原农户生计恢复力测度及障碍因素诊断

摘　　要：在气候变化背景下对农户生计恢复力水平及影响因素进行分析,对全面实施高质量乡村振兴战略有着重要的现实意义.从客观恢复力和主观恢复力2个目标层构建农户生计恢复力评价体系,运用单因素方差分析和障碍度模型定量评估川西平原农户生计恢复力及影响因素.结果表明:1)生计恢复力水平最高的为个体经营型农户,最低的为农业主导型农户;2)根据单因素方差分析,农业主导型、个体经营型、务工主导型、多样化收入型农户在生计恢复力、客观恢复力、缓冲能力、自组织能力、学习能力上存在显著差异,在心理感知和主观恢复力上差异不显著;3)家庭教育投入、房屋质量、邻里信任度等是影响该地区农户生计恢复力的主要因素.In the context of climate change,the analysis of farmers′livelihood resilience and its influencing factors is of great practical significance for the full implementation of high-quality rural revitalization strategy.This paper constructs the evaluation system of farmers′livelihood resilience from the two target layers of objective resilience and subjective resilience,and quantitatively evaluates farmers′livelihood resilience and its influencing factors in western Sichuan plain by using one-way ANOVA and obstacle degree model.The results show that:1)The highest level of livelihood resilience is self-employed farmers,and the lowest is agriculture-led farmers;2)According to one-way ANOVA,there are significant differences in livelihood resilience,objective resilience,buffer capacity,self-organization ability and learning ability among agriculture-led,self-employed,migrant workers and diversified income farmers,but there is no significant difference in psychological perception and subjective resilience;3)Family education investment,housing quality and neighborhood trust are the main factors affecting farmers′livelihood resilience in this area.
