冰箱压缩机曲轴油孔壁厚对上油能力分析

摘  要:冰箱压缩机在使用中因曲轴润滑不良出现拉伤磨损问题较突出,而压缩机润滑系统的动力来自于曲轴,因此对曲轴的优化设计非常重要。通过研究影响某款压缩机曲轴的上油量的几何因素,计算螺旋粘性泵的上出油口和分配泵的交点距离螺旋粘性泵壁面的距离这一参数对曲轴上油量的影响。计算结果表明,这一距离越小,曲轴的上油量越高。对计算结果做了实验验证,计算结果和实验结果保持了很好的一致性,为曲轴的上油能力分析和优化提供了指导和借鉴。The refrigerator compressor has and wear due to the poor lubrication of the crankshaft,and the power of the compressor lubrication system comes from the crankshaft,so it is very important to optimize the design of the crankshaft.Based on the geometric factors on the oil shaft of the compressor and the distance and the wall of the spiral pump on the oil is calculated.The calculation show that the smaller this distance,the higher the oil on the crankshaft.The calculation results are verified by experiments,and the calculation results and experimental results maintain good consistency,which provides guidance and reference for the analysis and optimization of the crankshaft.
