摘  要:随着国家科技发展,过程工业对过程装备专业人才提出了更高的要求,传统的过程装备专业教育已经出现与新产业发展契合度不高、匹配度不强等问题。为了满足国家和社会对过程装备人才的需求,燕山大学过程装备与控制工程专业结合过程设备和过程机械发展的大趋势,制定新工科理念下的人才培养目标,构建“通识课—专业基础课—新工科模块—综合实践模块”的课程体系,改革“理论—竞赛”的教学方法,开展“多角度、多维度”课程考核评价的教学改革与实践,为地方高校新工科人才培养提供了可借鉴的新模式。With the development of national science and technology,the process industry has put forward higher requirements for process equipment professionals.Traditional process equipment professional education has encountered problems such as low compatibility and weak matching with the development of new industries.In order to meet the needs of the country for process equipment talents,the Process Equipment and Control Engineering of Yanshan University combining the overall trend of the development of process equipment and process machinery,formulates talent cultivation goals,constructs a curriculum system of"general education courses,professional basic courses,new engineering modules,and comprehensive practice modules",and reforms the teaching methods of"theory competition"The teaching reform and practice of"multi angle and multi-dimensional"course assessment and evaluation have provided a new model for the cultivation of new engineering talents in local universities that can be used for reference.
