摘  要:随着技术的高速发展,高新技术在舰面航空保障装备中的广泛应用,使装备性能得到了巨大的提升,如何更好地去评价舰面航空保障装备的六性(可靠性、维修性、保障性、测试性、安全性和适应性),是现在研究舰面航空保障装备的主要方向之一。论文先利用DEMATEL法计算六性评价指标之间的相互影响强度,并根据计算结果绘制了指标间的因果图。在此基础上,建立了ANP网络结构图,并使用Super Decision软件计算得出了六性评价指标的权重,然后根据各指标相应权重大小进行排序。最后,结合阻拦索装置的应用评价对DEMATEL-ANP模型进行了验证,表明该方法对舰面航空保障装备的六性综合评价具有一定的指导意义。With the rapid development of technology,high technology is widely used in surface aviation security equipment,so that the performance of the equipment has been greatly improved,how to better evaluate the six characteristics of surface aviation security equipment(reliability,maintainability,security,testability,safety and adaptability),is now one of the main directions of research surface aviation security equipment.This paper uses the DEMATEL method to calculate the strength of the interaction be-tween the six evaluation indicators of surface aviation security equipment,and draws a cause-effect diagram between the indicators according to the calculation results.On this basis,the ANP network structure diagram is established,and the weights of the six eval-uation indicators are calculated by using Super Decision software,and then they are ranked according to the corresponding weights of each indicator.Finally,the DEMATEL-ANP model is validated in conjunction with the application evaluation of blocking cable devices,showing that the method has certain guiding significance for the comprehensive evaluation of the six characteristics of sur-face aviation security equipment.
