摘  要:面向船用燃气轮机此类旋转机械设备在设计与测试过程中需要为内部实时监测设备进行供电的需求,同时为克服在此类旋转环境中采用有线供电方式面临接线困难及采用供电滑环带来磨损过热等问题,提出了基于磁耦合谐振式的非接触式无线供电方案。对其进行了Simulink仿真验证可行性后,通过试验对无线供电方案的传输效率与不同负载、距离及转速的关系进行了测试。实验结果证明,该解决方案能够在预定的10 mm距离下进行15 W功率的平稳、高效传递,其效能已超过69%。并且在7000 RPM的情况下,该无线电力传输方案的表现并无明显影响。A contactless wireless power supply solution based on magnetically coupled resonant type is proposed to meet the demand for power supply to the internal real-time monitoring equipment during the design and testing of rotating mechanical equip-ment such as marine gas turbines,and to overcome the problems of wiring difficulties and wear and overheating caused by the use of power supply slip rings in such rotating environments.After Simulink simulations are performed to verify the feasibility,the trans-mission efficiency of the wireless power supply scheme is tested experimentally in relation to different loads,distances and rotation-al speeds.The test results show that this solution can achieve stable and efficient transmission of 15 W energy at a designed distance of 10 mm,with an efficiency of more than 69%,and there is no significant impact on this wireless energy transmission solution at 7000 RPM.
