摘  要:门尼黏度是橡胶工业质量控制的关键指标,对橡胶工业的品质有着至关重要的作用,因此,准确测定门尼黏度显得尤为重要。为满足橡胶工业技术进步的需求,按照标准物质研制的相关规定,对优选的合成橡胶工业样品,经过均匀性和稳定性检验、采用多家实验室联合定值,并对定值结果通过异常数据判断、数据正态分布检验、等精度检验等数据处理及不确定度评估等系列工作,研制出了不同合成橡胶橡胶不同门尼黏度黏度值的系列标准物质,该系列标准物质在ML(1+4) 100℃条件下的门尼黏度标准值为45.6±0.5、49.1±0.8、76.6±0.8、42.4±0.8、66.3±1.1、81.9±1.4、76.2±1.1、86.6±1.0、52.2±0.7、33.5±0.8、51.2±1.0,该系列标准物质的研制为橡胶工业生产控制、产品检验、产品贸易、质量仲裁提供技术支撑,在橡胶工业行业得到广泛应用。Mooney viscosity is a key index for the quality control of rubber industry,which plays a vital role in the quality of rubber industry.In order to meet the requirements of technological progress in the rubber industry,the selected synthetic rubber industrial samples were tested for homogeneity and stability according to the relevant regulations for the development of reference materials,and the values were determined jointly by a number of laboratories,and through a series of work such as abnormal data judgment,data normal distribution test,Equal Precision Test and uncertainty evaluation,a series of certified reference materials with different synthetic rubber and different Mooney viscosities were developed,the standard values of Mooney viscosity of the series of reference materials were 45.6±0.5,49.1.0.8,76.6±0.8,42.4±0.8,66.3±1.1,81.9.1.4,76.2±1.1,86.6±1.0.52.2±0.7,33.5±0.8,51.2±1.0,respectively,the development of the series of reference materials for the rubber industry production control,product inspection,product trade,quality arbitration to provide technical support in the rubber industry has been widely used.
