摘  要:对于山地建筑,当采用主体结构兼作建筑物的支挡结构时,结构、支挡结构和岩土体间会产生静力和动力相互作用,应采取适当的方法充分考虑其不利影响。以实际项目巴中逸都花园为例,按《山地建筑结构设计标准》(JGJ/T 472—2020)计算了岩土静力和动力地震作用,并施加于主体结构上,详细地分析了其对结构体系的影响;根据不同基础类型的受力特性选用m法、k法确定其水平抗侧刚度,建立了同时满足静力平衡、变形协调条件的上部结构-基础整体分析模型,按刚度分配原则对本项目基础稳定性验算进行了阐述。For slope building,when the main structure is used as the retaining structure of the building,static and dynamic interactions will occur among the structure,the retaining structure and the rock and soil mass,and appropriate methods should be taken to fully consider its adverse effects.In this paper,the actual project Bazhong Yidu Garden was taken as an example.According to the Standard for design of building structures on slopes(JGJ/T 472—2020),the static and dynamic seismic action of rock and soil was calculated and applied to the main structure,and its influence on the structural system was analyzed in detail.Based on the stress characteristics of different foundation types,the m method and k method were selected to calculate the lateral stiffness,and the overall analysis model of superstructure-foundation which met the conditions of static equilibrium and deformation compatibility was established to check the stability of the foundation of this project by the principle of stiffness distribution.
