摘　　要：本文探讨人工智能技术如何用于城市运行管理服务平台的应用实践创新。基于城市运行管理服务平台和人工智能大模型应用现状,探索城市管理人工智能大模型的构建和应用,通过提示词工程(Prompt)、检索增强生成(RAG)和模型微调(FT)提高人工智能大模型在城市管理这一垂直领域的准确性和专业性,研究具体原理步骤和应用场景。结合城市管理实际,进行基于城市管理行业人工智能大模型的城市运行管理服务平台应用尝试,激活城市管理数据价值,探索产品化应用场景,打造人工智能大模型赋能城市管理应用场景建设的崭新模式。This paper discusses how artificial intelligence technology can be used in the application practice innovation of urban operation management service platform.Based on the application status of urban operation management service platform and artificial intelligence large model,this paper explores the construction and application of artificial intelligence large model in urban management industry.Through Prompt,RAG and FT,the accuracy and professionalism of artificial intelligence large model in the verticalfield of urban management are improved,and the specific principle steps and application scenarios are studied.Combined with the actual situation of urban management,the application of urban operation management service platform based on artificial intelligence large model of urban management industry is carried out to activate the value of urban management data,explore product application scenarios,and create a new model of artificial intelligence large model to enable the construction of urban management application scenarios.
