摘 要:压力表是输油气站场一种常用的现场测量仪表,多采用管螺纹接头连接于管道。由于现场振动、温度、外加载荷以及频繁拆装的影响,螺纹接头处经常出现渗漏油气现象,严重威胁管道系统安全。为此提出了一种简单实用的防松动漏油设计方案,在活接头处安装翅板防松动装置,并利用三维数值模型来对压力表管线活接头处的典型的1/2NPT规格管螺纹进行受力分析。经验证,该设计方案具有可实用性,可达到有效解决压力表活接头松动导致的漏油问题。Pressure gauge is a commonly used measuring instrument in oil and gas transmission sta-tions,which is connected to pipelines by pipe threaded joints.However,due to the impact of site vi-bration,temperature,external load,and frequent disassembly and assembly,oil and gas leakage often occurs at the threaded joint,which seriously threatens the safety of the pipeline system.Therefore,a simple and practical anti-loosening and oil leakage design scheme is proposed,a fin anti-loosening de-vice at the loose joint is installed,and a three-dimensional numerical model is used to analyze the stress of a typical 1/2NPT specification pipe thread at the joint of the pressure gauge pipeline.It has been proved that the design scheme is practical,and can effectively solve the problem of oil leakage caused by the loosening of pressure gauge joint.
