摘  要:某高含硫天然气净化厂35 t/h中压蒸汽锅炉引风机K-073404在例行大修后运行至2个月时出现振动超高问题,振动最高测点M1H达6.05 mm/s rms。使用振动分析仪Commtest vb7对整体机组做振动检测,通过波形、频谱、相位分析、数据对比和工况调整等手段,诊断出振动超高的主要原因为引风机转子存在动平衡故障,次要原因为引风机的调心滚子轴承存在异常磨损或缺陷,对引风机叶轮进行解体检查发现存在123 g和67.5 g两处较大的不平衡量,风机轴承箱内调心滚子轴承的保持架异常磨损。经更换风机轴承箱两端调心滚子轴承,并对风机叶轮做动平衡校正,且符合GB/T 9239—2006 G2.5要求后,引风机K-073404恢复正常运行。经过实践验证发现:基于振动分析的手段对动设备开展故障诊断,可对故障原因做出预判,使检维修工作效率大幅提升,经济效益显著提高。Operated for 2 months after a routine overhaul,the draft fan K 073404 of a 35 t/h MP steam boiler in a high sulfur natural gas purification plant experienced excessive vibration,the highest vibration measurement point M1H reached 6.05 mm/s rms.After using the vibration analyzer Commtest vb7 to perform vibration testing on the draft fan,through waveform,spectrum,phase analysis,data comparison,and working condition adjustment,it is diagnosed that the main reason for the excessively high vibration is the dynamic balance failure of the draft fan rotor,and the secondary reason is the ab-normal wear or defect in the self-aligning roller bearings of the draft fan.Upon disassembling and in-specting the impeller of the draft fan,it is found that there are two significant imbalances at 123 g and 67.5 g.The retainer of the self-aligning roller bearings in the draft fan bearing box is abnormally worn.After replacing the self-aligning roller bearings at both ends of the draft fan bearing box,performing dynamic balance correction on the fan impeller,and meeting the requirements of GB/T 9239-2006 G2.5,the draft fan K 073404 resumes normal operation.Through practical verification,it is found that using vibration analysis to diagnose faults in moving equipment can make predictions about the causes of faults,significantly improve the efficiency of inspection and maintenance work,and signifi-cantly increase economic benefits.
