摘 要:三元区块已陆续进入后续水驱阶段,为保证三元后续区块水量平衡,增加普通注水量,减少深度水用量,三元区块的注入水质从深度污水逐步转换为三元区块的采出水,并与聚驱采出水混合回注。在实际运行中发现注水管道存在注入量下降、注入管道憋压、注水井筒结垢等问题,因此,对注水站上游来水进行取样,开展室内配伍试验,根据1∶2混掺比例对污水进行混掺,对混掺前、后污水在不同温度和pH值下的结垢特性进行了分析,确定了其结垢特性为单一的污水结垢速度,结垢趋势相对于混掺后的污水结垢趋势更低、速度更慢,结垢的主要影响因素为温度和pH值。同时,通过结垢计算软件对样品进行结垢趋势计算,预测其成垢趋势及速度。最终明确了混掺污水的成垢特性及成垢趋势,为防垢措施的制定提供了依据,为今后相似区块开发后期管道结垢预防方法提供了新思路。As the ternary block gradually enters the subsequent water flooding stage,in order to en-sure the water balance of the subsequent blocks,the amount of ordinary water injection is increased,and the amount of deep water used is reduced.The injection water quality of the ternary block gradually transforms from deep sewage to produced water of the ternary block,and is mixed with the produced water of polymer flooding for reinjection.In actual operation,it has been found that there are problems in the injection pipeline such as decreased injection volume,pressure suppression in the injection pipe-line,and scaling of the injection wellbore.Therefore,indoor compatibility tests are conducted by sam-pling the upstream water from the injection station,the sewage is mixed according to the mixing ratio of 1:2,and the scaling characteristics of the sewage before and after mixing are analyzed at different temperatures and pH values.The scaling characteristics is determined to be a single sewage scaling speed,with a lower scaling trend and slower speed compared to the mixed sewage.The main influenc-ing factors of scaling are temperature and pH value.At the same time,the scaling trend and speed of the sample are predicted through scaling calculation software.Finally,the scaling characteristics and trends of mixed sewage are clarified,providing a basis for the formulation of anti-scaling measures,and offer-ing new ideas for preventing pipeline scaling in the later stages of similar block development.
