摘  要:随着智能化、信息化、数字化等技术的广泛应用,智能机器人技术得到快速发展,国内外油气企业开展技术研究,希望通过智能机器人的应用实现海洋油气开采在质量、健康、安全、环保、效益等方面的全面提升。通过对国内外海洋油气智能机器人的应用现状进行梳理和总结,根据智能机器人在现场应用的特点,提出巡检机器人、作业机器人以及维护机器人的分类方法,整理海洋油气开采的特殊环境对海洋智能机器人的技术要求,并对影响海洋装置智能机器人技术发展的关键事件进行介绍,进一步明确了该领域国内外技术之间的差距,为我国海洋油气生产装置智能机器人发展现状进行了清晰定位,同时为该领域技术发展明确了方向。With the widespread application of intelligence,informatization,digitalization and other technologies,intelligent robot technology has been rapidly developed.Technical research have been carried out in succession by domestic and foreign oil and gas enterprises,hoping to achieve comprehen-sive improvement in quality,health,safety,environmental protection,efficiency,and other aspects of offshore oil and gas exploration through the application of intelligent robots.The application status of intelligent robots at home and abroad are reviewed and summarized,the classification methods of patrol robots,operation robots,and maintenance robots are put forward based on the characteristics of ma-rine intelligent robots in field application.The technical requirements for marine intelligent robots in the special environment of offshore oil and gas exploration are sorted out,the key events that affect the de-velopment of intelligent robot technology for marine devices are introduced,and the gap between do-mestic and foreign technologies in this field is clarified.This provides a clear positioning for the current development status of intelligent robots in China's offshore oil and gas production facilities,and clarifies the direction for technological development in this field.
