摘 要:随着国内油田站场立体模块化技术发展,站场内装置集成度进一步提高。为了研究人因工程(HFE)在此设计模式中的应用方法及适用性,以油田立体布置脱水站为例,描述了使用结合其他风险分析方法的人因工程对油田站场及其核心模块化装置的应用分析,包括方法流程、应用过程及成果,并对人因工程分析的适用范围及应用前景进行了阐述。通过VCA阀门关键性分析结合3D模型审查,提出3条总体建议和25条具体修改建议,解决了立体模块化装置布局拥挤、操作困难、维修不便等多项问题;利用HFE HAZOP (人因工程危险与可操作性)分析专用引导词进一步分析出装置存在的人为因素或人因工程设计不合理可能引发的操作风险,给出4条合理化建议,完善工艺安全分析内容,有效降低了油田站场运行过程中的整体风险,为后续人因工程在石油化工行业,特别是高集成度模块化装置设计中的深入应用提供技术经验和支撑。With the development of three-dimensional modular technology for domestic oilfield sta-tions,the integration level of units within the stations is further enhanced.In order to study the applica-tion methods and suitability of Human Factor Engineering(HFE)in this design pattern,taking the three-dimensional arrangement of a dewatering station in oilfield as an example,the application analysis of HFE,combined with other risk analysis methods,to oilfield stations and their core modular units is described,including method flow,application process,and results.The application scope and applica-tion prospect of HFE analysis are expounded.Through VCA(Valve Criticality Analysis)combined with 3D model review,3 overall suggestions and 25 specific modification suggestions are proposed to solve multiple problems such as crowded layout,difficulty in operation,and inconvenient maintenance of the three-dimensional modular unit.Through the special guiding words of HFE HAZOP,the possible operational risks caused by human factors or unreasonable human factors engineering design in the unit are further analyzed,4 rationalization suggestions are provided,and the content of process safety analy-sis is improved.This effectively reduces the overall risk during the operation of oilfield stations,and provides technical experience and support for the further application of the HFE method in the petro-chemical industry,especially in the design of highly integrated modular units.
