赢得值法在基建项目施工阶段成本控制的应用

摘　　要：因现行各种政策及制度的存在,建筑行业内部竞争压力极大,建筑施工成本不断增加,企业利润逐年减少,只有有效控制工程成本才能够在当今环境中获利。以新建体育馆项目为例,对施工各阶段成本、进度等方面数据进行收集、整理,应用赢得值法对数据进行分析,得出每个阶段成本和进度控制现状,根据成本和进度的偏差找出项目此阶段存在的问题,并制定出对应的方案,在项目下一阶段执行方案中的具体措施,动态整理成本与进度数据,验证措施执行效果,使项目在可控的情况下节约成本并按期完成。结果表明:应用赢得值法在施工阶段可以对项目各种成本及施工进度进行有效控制,在工程应用过程中具有现实意义。Due to the existence of various policies and systems in the construction industry,the pres-sure of internal competition is extremely great,and the construction cost is increasing,which makes the profits of enterprises decrease year by year.Enterprises can make a profit in today's environment only if they control engineering costs effectively.Taking the construction of a new stadium project as an ex-ample,data on the cost and schedule of each stage of the construction are collected and sorted,the earned value method is applied to analyze the data,and the current status of cost and schedule control in each stage are obtained.Based on the deviation between cost and schedule,problems in this stage of the project are identified,and corresponding plans are formulated,specific measures in the plan are imple-mented in the next stage of the project,cost and schedule data are organized dynamically,the effec-tiveness of the measures is verified,so that the project can save costs under controllable conditions and complete on schedule.The results show that applying the earned value method can effectively control various costs and construction progress of the project during the construction phase,it has practical sig-nificance in the process of engineering applications.
