摘 要:在钢铁联合企业中,准确分析、控制焦炉煤气中的氨含量,可有效控制其燃烧后排放尾气中的氮氧化物含量。焦炉煤气中氨含量的检测有中和滴定法和纳氏试剂分光光度法2种方法,针对采用HPF法脱硫后的焦炉煤气,进行了两种氨含量检测方法的对比研究,发现中和滴定法由于煤气显酸性,检测结果不稳定;而纳氏试剂分光光度法不受焦炉煤气酸性影响,更适合HPF法脱硫后净化煤气中氨含量的检测。The accurate analysis and control of ammonia content in coke oven gas could effectively control the nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas after the combustion in iron and steel complex enterprises.There were two methods for the determination of ammonia content in coke oven gas:neutralization titration and Nesser's reagent spectrophotometry.The comparison of two methods for the determination of ammonia content in coke oven gas after the desulfurization by the HPF method was carried out.And it was found that neutralization titration was unstable because of the acidity of coke oven gas.However,Nesser's reagent spectrophotometry was not affected by the acidity of coke oven gas,which was much more suitable for the ammonia content detection in purified coke oven gas after the HPF gas desulfurization.
