摘 要:研究了不同温度热解提质对胜利褐煤的水蒸气气化性能的影响。煤样分别在650℃、750℃、850℃、950℃、1050℃提质,采用FT-IR和Raman技术对半焦进行表征,在固定床上对半焦的水蒸气气化反应性能进行测试。结果表明:高温热解提质过程中,半焦晶格和碳基质有序度逐渐升高,半焦表面活性位减少,使热解半焦水蒸气气化反应活性降低;与胜利褐煤相比,热解过程碳微晶结构变化对半焦反应性的影响更大。The influence of different pyrolysis upgrading temperature on steam gasification performance of Shengli lignite was studied.Coal samples were pyrolyzed at 650℃,750℃,850℃,950℃,1050℃,respectively.The FT-IR and Raman spectra were used to characterize the structure of coal char.The steam gasification performance of char was investigated in a fixed-bed reactor.The results showed that the ordering of char lattice and carbon matrix gradually increased,and active sites of char surface reduced during the high-temperature pyrolysis upgrading process,resulting in the decrease of steam gasification reactivity.Compared with Shengli lignite,the change of carbon crystallite structure during char pyrolysis had a greater influence on the reactivity of steam gasification.
