摘  要:针对煤泥热值低、干化成本高且污染严重等问题,利用太阳能为热源,进行了煤泥干化实验研究,考察了太阳光辐照度、煤泥层厚度等因素对煤泥干化效果的影响;探究了煤泥层厚度、太阳光辐照度对干化室内温度的影响规律。研究结果表明:太阳光辐照度为500 W/m^(2)即能达到理想的干化效果;提高煤泥层厚度对煤泥的干化有利。Coal slime has low calorific value,high drying cost,and serious pollution.For the abovementioned problems,an experimental study on coal slime drying was conducted using solar energy as the heat source.The effects of solar irradiance and coal slime thickness on the coal slime drying were investigated.At the same time,their influence on the temperature of drying chamber was explored.The study results showed that,the ideal drying effect could be achieved when the solar irradiance was 500 W/m^(2).Increasing the thickness of coal slime was beneficial to the drying of coal slime.
