摘　　要：综述菖蒲郁金汤治疗神经系统疾病的研究进展。菖蒲郁金汤源于《温病全书》,具有清心凉血化痰、熄风止痉安神之功,现代药理学研究证明该方具有修复神经功能、拮抗多巴胺系统功能亢进、调节血脑屏障通透性、降低细胞耐药性等作用,在防治病毒性脑炎、多发性抽动症、缺血性脑卒中、脑水肿等神经系统疾病中疗效显著。The research progress of Changpu Yujin Decoction in the treatment of nervous system diseases is reviewed.Changpu Yujin Decoction originated from the book of Science of Epidemic Febrile Disease.It has the functions of clearing the heart,cooling the blood and eliminating phlegm,calming the wind,stopping spasm and calming the nerves.Modern pharmacological experiments have proved that it has the functions of repairing the nervous function,antagonizing the hyperfunction of the dopamine system,regulating the permeability of the blood-brain barrier,and reducing the resistance of cells.In the prevention and treatment of viral encephalitis,multiple tourette's disease,ischemic stroke,brain edema and other neurological diseases,the clinical effect is remarkable.
