摘　　要：介绍柳国斌教授运用温阳通络法辨治糖尿病足的临证经验。认为糖尿病足多属消渴日久所致阳气亏虚、血脉瘀滞,以阴阳两虚为本,血瘀寒凝为标,气虚血瘀、阳气不达为病机关键,治以温阳补气、活血化瘀通络,方予温阳通络汤辨证加减。并附验案1则。Professor Liu Guobin's clinical experience in using the Wenyang Tongluo method(warming yang and unblocking collaterals)to treat diabetic foot is introduced.It is thought that diabetic foot commonly results from long-term diabetes,which leads to yang deficiency,and blood stasis and stagnation.The fundamental pathological condition is characterized by dual deficiency of yin and yang,with blood stasis and cold coagulation as the branch symptoms.The key to the pathogenesis lies in qi deficiency,blood stasis,and inadequate distribution of yang qi.Treatment focuses on warming yang and supplementing qi,activating blood,resolving stasis and unblocking collaterals.The primary prescription involves modification and syndrome differentiation based on Wenyang Tongluo Formula.A proven case is also included.
