摘　　要：综述中药治疗尿酸性肾病的研究进展。近年研究发现,在尿酸性肾病治疗中,中药复方及单味药在减少尿酸盐沉积、抗氧化、保护内皮细胞、改善炎症反应等方面发挥了保护肾功能的作用,为进一步优化尿酸性肾病临床治疗方案提供了思路。The research progress on traditional Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment of uric acid nephropathy is reviewed.In recent years,researches have found that in the treatment of uric acid nephropathy,traditional Chinese medicine formulas and single drugs have played a protective role in reducing urate deposition,antioxidation,protecting endothelial cells,and improving inflammatory response,providing ideas for further optimizing the clinical plan of uric acid nephropathy.
