摘  要:汽车、家电、建筑等领域的高速发展对无花镀锌板的锌层厚度及表面质量提出了更高的要求。气刀是控制镀锌板锌层厚度及表面质量的重要手段之一,而目前基本依靠现场工作经验对气刀进行实时调控,效率较低。本文基于有限元仿真方法,针对某钢厂热基镀锌线气刀,进行了气刀吹锌过程流场仿真分析。对气刀喷吹压力、气刀距离(距带钢)、带钢速度三种关键工艺参数进行了多工况仿真分析,得到了单一变量下的带钢表面剪切应力、带钢表面压力横向分布变化规律,研究分析了三种关键工艺参数对气刀刮锌能力的影响。研究表明:带钢表面压力及剪切应力与气刀压力呈正相关线性关系,气刀刮锌能力也随着气刀喷吹压力的增大呈线性增加;带钢表面压力及剪切应力与气刀距带钢距离呈负相关关系,当气刀距离在8~13 mm时,气刀距带钢距离对气刀刮锌能力影响较小,当距离大于13 mm时,气刀刮锌能力开始迅速减小,带钢速度对气刀刮锌能力无明显影响。With the rapid development of fields such as automobiles,home appliances and architecture,higher requirements have been put forward for the zinc layer thickness and surface quality of non-spangle galvanized sheets.Air knife is one of the important means to control the thickness and surface quality of zinc coating galvanized sheet.At present,air knife control relies on the experience of technical personnel and has low efficiency.Based on the finite element simulation method,this article conducts a simulation analysis of the flow field during the process of blowing zinc with an air knife for a hot base galvanizing line in a steel plant.Multi working condition simulation analysis was conducted on three key process parameters of air knife injection pressure,air knife distance(from the strip steel),and strip speed.The lateral distribution of shear stress and pressure on the surface of strip steel under a single variable has been obtained.The study analyzed the influence of three key process parameters on the zinc scraping ability of the air knife.The results show that the surface pressure and shear stress of the strip are positively correlated with the pressure of the air knife,and the ability of the air knife to scrape zinc increases linearly with the increase of the air knife injection pressure.The surface pressure and shear stress of the strip are negatively correlated with the distance between the air knife and the strip steel.When the distance between the air knife and the strip steel is 8~13 mm,the distance between the air knife and the strip steel has little effect on the zinc scraping ability of the air knife.When the distance is greater than 13 mm,the zinc scraping ability of the air knife begins to decrease rapidly,and the strip speed has no obvious effect on the zinc scraping ability of the air knife.
