摘 要:承德钒钛新材料有限公司炼铁事业部A号2500 m^(3)高炉,因长期运行导致铁口区域及炉缸遭受严重侵蚀,不仅影响了高炉的生产效能,也对生产安全构成了潜在威胁。针对此情况,承德钒钛对该高炉实施了年修计划。经过精密理论计算与实践验证,创新性地研发出1套专为大型高炉设计的残余渣铁排放方案,并配套了专用的渣铁沟系统。在确保安全的前提下,通过在炉缸部位精准开口,短时高效释放并清除高炉内部累积的残余渣铁。该方案与系统的成功应用,有效克服了高炉停炉检修期间时间紧迫、残铁口施工空间局促、施工区域障碍物众多以及残铁口精确定位困难等难题,不仅提高了残余渣铁的排放效率,还显著缩短了高炉大修的整体工期,为公司资金控制与成本控制探索出了一条新的路径。The NO.A 2500 m^(3) blast furnace at Chengde Vanadium and Titanium New Materials Co.,Ltd.'s ironmaking division experienced severe erosion from prolonged operation leading to decreased production efficiency and potential safety hazards.To address this issue,an annual repair plan was implemented involving innovative design calculations resulting in an efficient residual slag iron discharge scheme tailored for large-scale furnaces along with a specialized slag runner system installation.This approach ensures safe release and removal of accumulated residual iron slag within a short timeframe by precisely opening the furnace cylinder.The successful implementation resolves challenges related to tight timelines during shutdown maintenance,limited construction space around residual openings,numerous obstacles within work areas,as well as precise positioning difficulties and ultimately improving discharge efficiency while significantly reducing overall construction periods during blast furnace overhauls thereby paving new avenues for capital control and cost management.
