摘  要:轧机振动影响板带产品厚度精度与表面质量,制约着板带产品的高效稳定生产,影响板带产品厚度精度与表面质量。本文针对热轧精轧机组第三机架(F3)轧机辊面状态对轧机稳定性的影响开展了实验研究,跟踪F3轧机工作辊上机前、下机后的辊面粗糙度,并采用振动传感器采集了F3轧机工作辊轧制高强钢时的振动信号。通过对比轧辊辊面粗糙度和轧机振动信号,给出了辊面状态对轧机振动的影响规律。结果表明,未磨削的工作辊其辊面粗糙度较高,辊面状态较差,轧机高强钢时振动强度较高;轧辊表面周期性振痕的出现降低了轧制过程稳定性,容易引起轧机剧烈振动。轧制高强钢时,建议上机工作辊辊面粗糙度Ra值控制在1.0μm以下,保证高强钢稳定轧制。Mill vibration has a significant impact on the thickness accuracy and surface quality of strip products,leading to constraints on efficient and stable production.This paper presents an experimental study on the influence of roll surface state in the third stand(F3)of a hot rolling finishing mill set on mill stability.The roughness of the work roll surface of the F3 mill was tracked before and after operation,and vibration signals from the work roll during high-strength steel rolling were collected using a vibration sensor.By comparing roll surface roughness with mill vibration signals,this study provides insights into the influence of roll surface state on mill vibration.The results indicate that work rolls without grinding exhibit higher surface roughness,poorer condition,and increased vibration strength when rolling high-strength steel.The presence of periodic vibration marks on the roll surface reduces process stability and can lead to severe mill vibrations.It is recommended to maintain a working roller roughness Ra value below 1.0μm when rolling high-strength steel to ensure stable operations.
