摘  要:基于2012—2021年河北省13个地市的面板数据,采用超效率SBM模型与Tobit模型研究河北省粮食生产效率及其影响因素。结果表明:从各个地区的粮食生产效率来说,定州市、辛集市处于有效状态,其他地区处于无效状态,但是效率值处于0.8以上的地区占比77%,整体水平稳定;就时间特征来看,粮食生产效率呈现出下降—上升—下降—上升的曲折变化。通过研究发现,影响河北省粮食生产效率的主要因素包括机械化水平、粮食灌溉面积以及规模化水平3个方面,其中粮食灌溉面积与粮食生产效率呈负相关关系,而规模化水平、机械化水平与粮食生产效率之间呈正向相关。因此,河北省要加快农业科技成果转化,提高粮食的规模化、机械化水平,加快培育现代人才,提高粮食生产效率。Based on the panel data of 13 cities in Hebei Province from 2012 to 2021,the ultra-efficiency SBM model and Tobit model are used to study the grain production efficiency in Hebei Province and analyze its influencing factors.The results show that in terms of grain production efficiency in each region,Dingzhou and Xinji are in effective state,while other regions are in invalid state,but the efficiency value above 0.8 accounts for 77%,and the overall level is stable;from the time characteristics,the grain production efficiency shows down-rise-fallrise.Through the study,it is found that the main factors affecting the grain production efficiency in Hebei Province include mechanization level,grain irrigation area and scale level,among which the area of grain irrigation area is negatively correlated with grain production efficiency,while the scale level and the level of mechanization are positively correlated with grain production efficiency.Therefore,Hebei province should speed up the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements,improve the scale of grain,the level of mechanization,accelerate the cultivation of modern talents,and improve the efficiency of grain production.
