摘 要:自2023年7月1日起,史上最严的国六B排放标准开始实施。国六B标准相对于国六A标准,对烯烃含量提出了更高的要求,由原来18 vol%降低至15 vol%,给汽油调和带来较大难度。随着95号汽油供应量扩大,以及92号和95号汽油价格差扩大,提高95号汽油的产量,对提高炼油厂收益越来越重要。因此,炼油厂厂部从全局出发,优化上游装置操作,从源头降低烯烃含量,降低调和高标号汽油难度,采用多种调和方案,提高汽油产量,有效提高了炼油厂经济效益。主要阐述炼油厂汽油池烯烃影响因素,根据实际调整情况,对汽油池调整效果进行总结和分析并给出合理的建议。Starting from July 1,2023,the strictest National VI B emission standard in history has been implemented.Compared to National VI A standard,National VI B standard has higher requirements for olefin content,reducing it from 18 vol%to 15 vol%,which brings greater difficulty to gasoline blending.With the expansion of 95 gasoline supply and the widening price difference between 92 and 95 gasoline,increasing the production of 95 gasoline is becoming increasingly important for improving refinery profi ts.Therefore,the refinery department takes a global perspective,optimizes upstream device operations,reduces olefin content from the source,reduces the difficulty of blending high-grade gasoline,adopts multiple blending schemes,increases gasoline production,and effectively improves the economic benefits of the refinery.This article mainly elaborates on the influencing factors of olefins in the gasoline pool of refineries.Based on the actual adjustment situation,the adjustment effect of the gasoline pool is summarized and analyzed,and reasonable suggestions are given.
