摘 要:针对县域小型煤炉效率低排放大问题,开发低温省煤器及余热板式回收改造技术。该技术通过新增省煤器调节水温、增设板框换热器收集余热,可有效提升小煤炉效率,大幅削减污染物排放。1台5万k W小型锅炉改造年可节煤65 t,投资2~3 a收回。该改造工艺简易经济,设备成本低,适用县域各类小型燃煤锅炉,推广应用前景可观。In response to the problem of low efficiency and amplification of small-scale coal stoves in county areas,a low-temperature economizer and waste heat plate recovery transformation technology have been developed.This technology can effectively improve the efficiency of small coal stoves and significantly reduce pollutant emissions by adding economizers to regulate water temperature and plate and frame heat exchangers to collect waste heat.A small-scale boiler with a capacity of 50000 kilowatts can save 65 tons of coal annually through renovation,and the investment can be recovered in 2-3 years.This renovation process is simple and economical,with low equipment cost,suitable for various small coal-fired boilers in counties,and has a promising prospect for promotion and application.
