水相反应在应化专业实验教学中的探索与实践——以不对称Henry反应为例

摘　　要：应用化学专业实验是为应用化学专业学生开设的一门必修的专业实验课程,其目的是培养学生发现、分析和解决问题的能力,并为学生开展本科毕业设计打下一定的基础。结合安徽理工大学化工与爆破学院应化专业多年来的实验教学实践,引入“铜催化的水相不对称Henry反应”在应用化学专业实验教学中的探索,同时向学生讲解无水无氧操作、薄层色谱、柱层析、核磁共振波谱、高效液相色谱的专业知识,提高应化专业实验教学质量,提升学生的基本实验技能,培养学生的创新意识与实践能力。Applied chemistry experiment is a compulsory professional experimental course for applied chemistry students,the purpose of which is to cultivate students'ability to discover,analyze and solve problems,and to lay a certain foundation for students to carry out undergraduate graduation design.Combined with the experimental teaching practice of the applied chemistry of School of Chemical and Blasting Engineering of Anhui University of Science and Technology for many years,we introduce the exploration of"copper-catalyzed aqueous asymmetric Henry reaction"in the experimental teaching of applied chemistry.At the same time,we will explain the anhydrous and anaerobic operation,thin layer chromatography,column chromatography,nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy,and high performance liquid chromatography to students,so as to improve the experimental teaching quality of applied chemistry major,enhance students'basic experimental skills,and cultivate students'innovative consciousness and practical ability.
