摘 要:我国生物制药工艺在技术创新和社会需求的双向促进下不断发展,并获得显著成效,尤其在生物药品研发中,有效弥补了以往化学药、中药的局限性。目前制药工艺的创新主要基于生物制药技术,制药方式不断优化,为工艺的创新提供更多可能性。研究重点分析基因工程、微生物工程以及细胞工程,分析此类技术在制药工艺中的应用要点,总结当前社会需求下制药工艺的创新,进一步推动产业发展。China's biopharmaceutical process has been continuously developed under the two-way promotion of technological innovation and social demand,and has achieved remarkable results,especially in the research and development of biological drugs,which has effectively made up for the limitations of chemical drugs and traditional Chinese medicines in the past.At present,the innovation of pharmaceutical process is mainly based on biopharmaceutical technology,and the pharmaceutical method is continuously optimized to provide more possibilities for process innovation.The research focuses on the analysis of genetic engineering,microbial engineering and cell engineering,analyzes the application points of such technologies in pharmaceutical technology,summarizes the innovation of pharmaceutical technology under the current social needs,and further promotes the development of the industry.
