摘　　要：文章通过系统的费用控制方法,分析海洋石油工程项目在设计、采购、施工及核算阶段的费用控制关键环节,提出了有效的费用控制策略。研究结果表明,通过准确的成本估算、全面的风险管理、严格的合同管理以及技术创新等策略,可以有效管理和控制项目成本,减少费用超支的风险,为海洋石油工程项目的项目管理者和决策者提供了一套全面的费用控制框架,有助于提高项目的整体成功率和经济效益。Through systematic cost control method,this paper analyzes the key points of cost control in the design,procurement,construction and accounting stages of offshore petroleum engineering projects,and puts forward effective cost control strategies.The results show that accurate cost estimation,comprehensive risk management,strict contract management and technological innovation can effectively manage and control project costs,reduce the risk of cost overruns,and provide a comprehensive cost control framework for project managers and decision makers of offshore petroleum engineering projects,which is conducive to improving the overall success rate and economic benef its of the project.
