摘 要:土壤浸提液中可溶性盐总量与电导率在一定浓度区间呈线性相关关系,通过建立土壤可溶性盐总量与电导率之间的换算关系,用导电率法计算测得的土壤可溶性盐总量与重量法测得的土壤全盐含量结果进行验证。结果显示,电导率法测定土壤可溶性盐总量准确有效,且相较其他分析方法而言,电导率法具有流程简单、效率高、分析结果准确等优点。The total amount of soluble salt in soil extract is linearly correlated with the conductivity in a certain concentration range.The conversion relationship between the total amount of soluble salt in soil and the conductivity is established to verify the total amount of soluble salt in soil measured by the conductivity method and the total salt content of soil measured by the gravimetric method.The results show that the conductivity method is accurate and effective in determining the total amount of soluble salt in soil.Compared with other analytical methods,the conductivity method has the advantages of simple process,high eff iciency and accurate analysis results.
