摘　　要：新疆塔里木河水体中富含钾、钠、钙、镁等高浓度的金属离子。文章建立了ICP-OES测定新疆塔里木河中钾、钠、钙、镁含量的方法,采用称重法配制标准曲线溶液,相比较传统的移液管方法,采用称重法计算出的稀释倍数会更加准确,标准曲线的线性相关系数更好。采用垂直观测方式测试了该方法的检出限、精密度和准确度,实验结果较好,说明ICP-OES进样系统的维护保养措施有效。The water body of Tarim river in Xinjiang is rich in potassium,sodium,calcium,magnesium and other high concentration metal ions.In this paper,ICP-OES method is established to determine the content of potassium,sodium,calcium and magnesium in Tarim river in Xinjiang,and the standard curve solution is prepared by weighing method.Compared with the traditional pipetting method,the dilution multiple calculated by weighing method is more accurate.The linear correlation coeff icient of the standard curve is better.The detection limit,precision and accuracy of the method are tested by vertical observation,and the experimental results are good,indicating that the maintenance measures of ICP-OES sampling system are effective.
