摘　　要：文章对近年来中药牙膏配方的组成药物和中药牙膏的功效研究进展进行概述。根据配方组分及功效总结出目前中药牙膏主要有抗炎镇痛型、抑菌防龋型、止血型、防牙本质过敏型四大类。同时通过专利检索平台中的国内外中药牙膏注册专利进行统计整理,综合分析了已批准的各类型中药牙膏专利的配方组成药材、专利中常用的中药主产区、专利分布地区等情况,探讨了中药牙膏开发的优势与劣势,并提出了相关建议,为中国中药牙膏产业发展提供参考。In this paper,the composition of traditional Chinese medicine toothpaste formulations and the eff icacy of traditional Chinese medicine toothpaste in recent years.According to the formula composition and eff icacy,it is concluded that there are four main categories of traditional Chinese medicine toothpaste:anti-inflammatory and analgesic,antibacterial and anti-caries type,hemostatic type,and anti-dentin allergy type.At the same time,through the statistical collation of domestic and foreign registered patents of traditional Chinese medicine toothpaste in the patent retrieval platform,the formula composition of various types of traditional Chinese medicine toothpaste patents that have been approved,the main production areas of traditional Chinese medicine commonly used in patents,and the distribution areas of patents are comprehensively analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages of traditional Chinese medicine toothpaste development are discussed,and relevant suggestions are put forward to provide reference for the development of Chinese medicine toothpaste industry in China.
