摘 要:近年来,有机胺吸附解析工艺越来越广泛地应用于冶炼领域含酸性气体尾气处理过程,该种工艺对工艺生产管控要求较高。当工艺管理不当时,极易产生工艺生产事故造成经济损失。文章基于生产实际针对有机胺吸附解析SO2工艺运营与管理过程,系统性地分析了有机胺吸附解析工艺及APU树脂吸附除杂工艺风险点及产生机理。通过试验、数理分析方法优化了该工艺控制参数,提升了该工艺操作安全性和稳定性。In recent years,the organic amine adsorption analysis process has been more and more widely used in the treatment of acidic gas tail gas in the f ield of smelting,and this process has higher requirements for process production control.When the process management is not appropriate,it is easy to produce process production accidents and cause economic losses.Based on the actual production and operation and management process of organic amine adsorption and analysis SO2 process,this paper systematically analyzed the risk points and production mechanism of organic amine adsorption and analysis process and APU resin adsorption and impurity removal process.The control parameters of the process were optimized by experiment and mathematical analysis,and the operation safety and stability of the process were improved.
