补充维生素D联合穴位按摩在妊娠期糖尿病治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析维生素D补充联合穴位按摩在妊娠期糖尿病临床治疗中的作用。方法选取2021年1月—2024年2月晋江市华侨医院收治的60例妊娠期糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照不同治疗方法分为对照组(30例,补充维生素D治疗)、观察组(30例,补充维生素D联合穴位按摩)。比较两组血糖水平(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白)、产妇并发症(羊水过多、妊娠期高血压、产后出血)发生率、新生儿不良结局(胎儿宫内窘迫、新生儿窒息、巨大儿)发生率。结果治疗后,观察组血各项血糖水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组产妇并发症发生率及新生儿不良结局发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病联合应用补充维生素D联合穴位按摩治疗,可降低血糖水平,减少产妇及新生儿不良结局。Objective To analyze the effect of vitamin D supplement combined with acupoint massage in the clinical treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods Sixty cases of gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to Overseas Chinese Hospital of Jinjiang City from January 2021 to February 2024 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group(30 cases with vitamin D supplementation)and observation group(30 cases with vitamin D supple-mentation combined with acupressure)by different treatment methods.The blood glucose levels(fasting plasma glu-cose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin A1c),the incidence of maternal complications(polyhydramnios,gestational hypertension,postpartum hemorrhage),and the incidence of neonatal adverse outcomes(fetal distress,neonatal asphyxia,macrosomia)were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the blood glucose levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were sta-tistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of maternal complications and neonatal adverse outcomes in the obser-vation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of gestational diabetes with vitamin D combined with acupoint massage can re-duce blood glucose level and reduce adverse maternal and neonatal outcomes.
