盐酸二甲双胍缓释片用于2型糖尿病的药效分析

摘　　要：目的分析2型糖尿病患者应用盐酸二甲双胍缓释片治疗的应用价值。方法选取2021年2月—2023年3月泉州国宇医院收治的80例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照治疗方法的不同分为两组,各40例。探讨组应用盐酸二甲双胍缓释片治疗,一般组应用二甲双胍治疗,比较两组血糖水平(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白)、血脂水平(甘油三酯、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇)、胰岛功能(空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数、胰岛素分泌指数)。结果治疗前,两组血糖水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);治疗后,探讨组血糖水平低于一般组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗前,两组血脂水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);治疗后,探讨组血脂水平优于一般组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗前,探讨组胰岛功能指标水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);治疗后,探讨组胰岛功能指标优于一般组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论盐酸二甲双胍缓释片治疗2型糖尿病可改善患者血糖水平、血脂水平及胰岛功能。Objective To analyze the application value of the treatment of metformin hydrochloride sustained release tablets in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 80 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Quanzhou Guoyu Hospital from February 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.The study group was treated with metformin hydrochloride sustained release tablets,and the general group was treated with metformin.The blood glucose levels(fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c),blood lipid lev-els(triglyceride,total cholesterol,high density lipoprotein cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol),islet func-tion(fasting insulin,insulin resistance index,insulin secretion index)were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in blood glucose levels between the two groups(all P>0.05).After treatment,the blood glucose levels of the study group were lower than those of the general group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Before the treatment,there were no statistically significant difference in blood lipid levels between two groups(all P>0.05).After treatment,the blood lipid levels of study group were better than those of general group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of islet function index between the study group and the control group(all P>0.05).After treatment,the study group of islet function indexes were superior to the general group,the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets can improve blood glucose level,blood lipid level and islet function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
