摘　　要：目的探究利拉鲁肽在糖尿病患者眼整形后血糖控制中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月—2024年1月于长春中妍美容医院整形外科接受眼整形的86例糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照不同的治疗方法分为两组,各43例。对照组采用甘精胰岛素治疗,观察组采用甘精胰岛素与利拉鲁肽联用治疗,比较两组炎症因子水平(肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6、C反应蛋白)、糖代谢指标(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白)及临床疗效。结果治疗90 d后,观察组肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6、C反应蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗90 d后,观察组糖代谢指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者眼整形后选择利拉鲁肽控制血糖效果显著,减轻炎症因子水平,疗效更佳。Objective To explore the effects of liraglutide in blood glucose control after oculoplastic surgery in dia-betic patients.Methods From January 2021 to January 2024,86 diabetic patients who underwent oculoplastic surgery in the Department of Orthopedic Sursery of Changchun Zhongyan Aesthetic Hospital were selected as the research ob-jects.They were divided into two groups by different treatment method,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with insulin glargine,and the observation group was treated with insulin glargine combined with liraglutide.The levels of inflammatory factors(tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6,C-reactive protein),glucose metabolism in-dexes(fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c)and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After 90 days of treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,interleu-kin-6 and C-reactive protein in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After 90 days of treatment,the glucose metabolism indexes of the observa-tion group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After oculoplastic surgery,the diabetic patients choose liraglu-tide to control blood glucose significantly,reduce inflammation factor levels,and have better effect.
