基于多元化理念的护理干预措施在老年糖尿病患者中的应用效果及FPG、2 hPG、HbAlc指标的影响分析

摘　　要：目的评估基于多元化理念的护理干预措施应用在老年糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)患者中的效果及对空腹血糖(fasting plasma glucose,FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(glycated hemoglobin A1c,HbA1c)的影响。方法选取2020年8月—2023年8月咸宁市中医医院收治的180例老年DM患者为研究对象,按护理方法不同分为两组,各90例。对照组采取常规护理干预措施,观察组采取基于多元化理念的护理干预措施。比较两组血糖水平(FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c)、焦虑(Self-rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)及抑郁(Self-rating Depression Scale,SDS)自评量表评分、中文版糖尿病自我管理行为量表(Sum-mary of Diabetes Self Care Activity,SDSCA)、满意度。结果护理后,观察组FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c水平、SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,SDSCA评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年DM患者采取基于多元化理念的护理干预措施,可以降低血糖水平,缓解焦虑、抑郁情绪,增强自我管理能力,促进护患和谐。Objective To evaluate the effect of nursing intervention based on diversified concept in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus(DM)and its influence on fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial plasma glucose(2 hPG)and glycated hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c).Methods A total of 180 elderly patients with DM admitted to Xianning Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2020 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,with 90 cases in each group.The control group ad-opted routine nursing intervention measures,and the observation group adopted nursing intervention measures based on diversified concepts.The blood glucose level(FPG,2 hPG,HbA1c),Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),Summary of Diabetes Self Care Activity,(SDSCA)and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the levels of FPG,2 hPG,HbA1c,SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the SDSCA score was higher than that in the control group,and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing interventions based on diversified concepts for elderly DM patients can reduce blood glucose levels,relieve anxiety and depression,enhance self-management ability,and promote nurse-patient harmony.
