君子消痞汤加减治疗老年糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析针对老年糖尿病胃轻瘫患者实施君子消痞汤加减治疗的临床效果。方法选取2021年7月—2023年7月龙岩市第二医院收治的90例老年糖尿病胃轻瘫患者为研究对象,按治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组接受常规治疗联合莫沙必利,观察组在对照组治疗方案的基础上联合君子消痞汤加减治疗。比较两组各项指标改善情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组各项症状积分、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、铁蛋白、血清胃动素、胆囊收缩素水平均呈降低趋势,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的胃排空率、血清胃泌素水平均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上针对老年糖尿病胃轻瘫患者实施君子消痞汤加减治疗的效果较为显著,其有利于改善患者症状,在调节血糖的同时,还可改善胃动力学,安全性更高。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of modified Junzi Xiaopi Decoction in elderly patients with dia-betic gastroparesis.Methods A total of 90 elderly patients with diabetic gastroparesis admitted to Longyan Second Hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the research objects,and according to different treatment meth-ods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group re-ceived routine treatment combined with mosapride,and the observation group was treated with modified Junzi Xiaopi Decoction on the basis of the treatment plan of the control group.The improvement of each index was compared be-tween the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores,fasting plasma glucose,2 h postprandial plasma glucose,ferritin,serum motilin and cholecystokinin levels in the two groups showed a decreasing trend after treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the gastric emptying rate and serum gastrin level of the two groups showed an increasing trend,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of modified Junzi Xiaopi Decoction on elderly patients with diabetic gastroparesis is remarkable,which is beneficial to the improvement of patients'symptoms,can improve gastric motility while regulating blood glucose,and has higher safety.
