摘　　要：目的探究胫骨骨膜牵张术对糖尿病足患者患肢血运及术后并发症影响。方法选取2021年5月—2023年5月攸县人民医院收治的80例糖尿病足Wagner分级2~4级的患者作为研究对象,根据不同的治疗方法分为对照组(n=40)和研究组(n=40),对照组采用常规清创负压引流治疗,研究组采用胫骨骨膜牵张术治疗。比较治疗后两组患者患肢血运情况(动脉血流量及动脉血管阻力)、足趾血氧饱和度、足温及术后并发症发生率。结果治疗后,研究组患者患肢动脉血流量、患肢足趾血氧饱和度、足温均高于对照组,动脉血管阻力小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组患者术后并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胫骨骨膜牵张术可有效改善糖尿病足患者患肢血运情况,提高足趾血氧饱和度及足温,且术后并发症发生率较低。Objective To explore the effects of tibial periosteal distraction on blood flow and postoperative complica-tions in diabetic foot patients.Methods Eighty cases of diabetic foot patients with Wagner grade 2 to 4 who were ad-mitted to Youxian People's Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as research objects.According to dif-ferent treatment methods,they were divided into control group(n=40)and study group(n=40).The control group was treated with routine debridement and negative pressure drainage.The study group was treated with tibial periosteal distraction.The blood flow of affected limb(arterial blood flow and arterial resistance),toe blood oxygen saturation,foot temperature and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results After treatment,the arterial blood flow,the toe blood oxygen saturation and the foot temperature of the affected limb in the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the arterial resistance was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total inci-dence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Tibial periosteal distraction can ef-fectively improve the blood flow of diabetic foot patients,increase the toe blood oxygen saturation and foot tempera-ture,and the incidence of postoperative complications is low.
