通隧补肾解语汤治疗缺血性脑卒中后失语症疗效分析与探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨缺血性脑卒中后失语症实施通隧补肾解语汤进行治疗的效果。方法回顾性选取2021年1月—2022年10月泰安市中医医院接收的90例缺血性脑卒中后失语症患者的临床资料,按不同治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组加用通隧补肾解语汤治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率(97.78%)高于对照组(82.22%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.444,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组口语表达、听语理解、阅读以及书写方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组脑血流变化优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论常规治疗加用通隧补肾解语汤治疗缺血性脑卒中后失语症的效果较为显著,同时可以改善患者的言语能力以及脑血流变化情况。Objective To investigate the effect of Tongqi Bushenjieyu decoction in the treatment of aphasia after isch-emic stroke.Methods Clinical data of 90 patients with aphasia after ischemic stroke received from Tai'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to October 2022 were retrospectively selected and divided into con-trol group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with Tongqiao Bushen Jieyu decoction.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group(97.78%)was higher than that of the control group(82.22%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.444,P<0.05).After treatment,the oral expression,listening comprehension,reading and writing of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the changes of cerebral blood flow in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of conventional treatment and Tongdongbushenjieyu decoction on aphasia after ischemic stroke is relatively significant,and it can improve the speech ability and cerebral blood flow changes of patients.
