丙戊酸钠缓释片联合盐酸齐拉西酮治疗双相情感障碍躁狂发作的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨盐酸齐拉西酮与丙戊酸钠缓释片联用治疗双相情感障碍躁狂发作的疗效。方法非随机选取2022年10月—2023年10月曲阜市精神病防治院收治的66例双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者为研究对象,以治疗方式不同分为两组,各33例。参照组采用丙戊酸钠缓释片治疗,研究组采用丙戊酸钠缓释片联合盐酸齐拉西酮治疗。比较两组疗效。结果治疗前与治疗1周后,两组贝克-拉范森躁狂量表(Bech-Rafaelsen Ma-nia Rating Scale,BRMS)评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。治疗4周和治疗8周后,研究组的评分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组连线测验(Trail Making Test,TMT)A和TMT B用时均更短,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组副反应量表(Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale,TESS)得分(1.62±0.35)分低于参照组(2.50±0.39)分,差异有统计学意义(t=9.646,P<0.05)。结论丙戊酸钠缓释片、盐酸齐拉西酮联合治疗双相情感障碍躁狂发作效果显著,且能够提高患者认知水平。Objective Exploring the therapeutic effect of the combination of ziprasidone hydrochloride and sodium val-proate controlled-release tablets in the treatment of bipolar disorder manic episodes.Methods A total of 66 patients with bipolar disorder manic episodes admitted to Qufu Mental Disease Prevention and Treatment Hospital from Octo-ber 2022 to October 2023 were non-randomly selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups by different treatment methods,with 33 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with sodium valproate sustained-release tablets,while the study group was treated with sodium valproate sustained-release tablets combined with ziprasidone hydrochloride.The therapeutic effects of two groups were compared.Results There was no statisti-cally significant difference in the Beck Raphaelsen Mania Rating Scale(BRMS)score between the two groups before and 1 week after treatment(both P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment and 8 weeks of treatment,the scores of the study group were lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P>0.05).The time of Trail Making Test(TMT)A and TMT B of the study group were both shorter,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(both P>0.05).The Treatment Emergency Symptom Scale(TESS)score of the study group was 1.62±0.35,which was lower than 2.50±0.39 of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.646,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of sodium valproate sustained-release tablets and ziprasidone hydrochloride has a significant effect on the treatment of bipolar disorder manic episodes and can improve the cognitive level of patients.
