盐酸胺碘酮注射液在急诊心律失常患者治疗中的运用效果评估分析

摘　　要：目的探讨急诊心律失常患者使用盐酸碘胺酮注射液治疗的临床效果。方法非随机选取寿光市人民医院于2022年4月—2023年5月收治的心律失常患者84例为研究对象,按治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组,每组42例,分别使用酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗和盐酸碘胺酮注射液治疗,对比两组临床疗效、心功能指标变化、临床症状评分、不良反应发生率。结果观察组临床总疗效(95.24%)高于对照组(80.95%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.086,P<0.05)。相比对照组,治疗后观察组心功能指标、临床症状评分更优,不良反应发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论使用盐酸碘胺酮注射液,有助于改善急诊心律失常患者心功能指标,提高临床疗效,患者临床症状显著缓解,且不良反应发生率较低,安全性较高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of using iopamidone hydrochloride injection in the treatment of emergency arrhythmia patients.Methods A total of 84 arrhythmia patients admitted to Shouguang People's Hospital from April 2022 to May 2023 were non-randomly selected as study subjects.They were divided into two groups by dif-ference treatment,namely control group and observation group,treated with metoprolol tartrate tablets and iodoami-done hydrochloride injection,respectively.And the clinical efficacy,cardiac function indicators,clinical symptom scores,adverse reactions were compared.Results The total clinical efficacy was 95.24%in the observation group,higher than 80.95%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.086,P<0.05).Compared to the control group,the cardiac function indexes,clinical symptom score were better,ther incidence of adverse reactions was lower,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The use of iopamidone hydrochloride injection helps to improve the cardiac function indexes of patients with arrhythmia in the emergency department,im-prove the clinical efficacy,and the clinical symptoms of patients are significantly relieved,and the incidence of ad-verse reactions is lower,with higher safety.
