摘　　要：目的分析不育男性精子DNA碎片与精液常规参数的关系。方法非随机选取2021年7月—2023年6月罗定市人民医院收治的100例不育男性患者为研究对象,检测其精液样本的精液常规参数和精子DNA碎片指数(Sperm DNA Fragmentation Index,DFI),根据DFI水平分为A组(DFI≤10%,25例)、B组(10%<DFI<20%,41例)、C组(DFI≥20%,34例),对比3组的精子浓度、精子活率,分析精子浓度、精子活率与精子DFI的相关性。结果A组患者的精子浓度为(128.56±15.15)×10^(6)/mL,高于B组(75.59±13.98)×10^(6)/mL、C组(42.15±8.48)×10^(6)/mL,差异有统计学意义(F=10.688,P=0.005)。A组患者精子存活率高于其他两组,差异有统计学意义(F=39.286,P<0.001)。精子DFI与精子存活率与浓度呈负相关(r=-0.295、-0.354,P均<0.05)。结论患者DFI数值越高,其精子存活率与浓度越低,应着重关注不育男性患者的DFI指数水平。Objective To analyze the relationship between sperm DNA fragments and routine parameters of semen in infertile men was analyzed.Methods A total of 100 cases of male infertility patients admitted to the People's Hospital of Luoding City from July 2021 to June 2023 were unrandomly selected as the study objects.Semen routine param-eters and Sperm DNA Fragmentation Index(DFI)of the semen samples were detected,and they were divided into 3 groups according to the DFI level.In group A(DFI≤10%,25 cases),group B(10%<DFI<20%,41 cases)and group C(DFI≥20%,34 cases),the sperm concentration and sperm motility of the three groups were compared,and the correla-tion between sperm concentration,sperm motility and sperm DFI was analyzed.Results The sperm concentration in group A was(128.56±15.15)×10^(6)/mL,which was higher than that in group B(75.59±13.98)×10^(6)/mL and group C(42.15±8.48)×10^(6)/mL,the differences were statistically significant(F=10.688,P=0.005).The sperm survival rate of group A was higher than that of the other two groups,and the differences were statistically significant(F=39.286,P<0.001).The sperm DFI was negatively correlated with sperm survival rate and concentration(r=-0.295,-0.354,both P<0.05).Conclusion The higher the DFI value of the patient,the lower the sperm survival rate and concentration,the more attention should be paid to the DFI index level of infertile male patients.
