摘　　要：目的探究对筛查胎儿先天性心脏病进行孕早期超声的价值分析。方法非随机选取2020年1月—2023年6月聊城市人民医院就诊的130例疑似孕早期先天性心脏病胎儿的产妇为研究对象,对其均进行孕早期超声检查,以临床综合诊断作为金标准,分析诊断结果,绘制受试者工作特征(Receiver Operator Charac-teristic,ROC)曲线,基于曲线下面积(Area Under Curve,AUC)评估诊断效能,通过Kappa检验对比孕早期超声检查和金标准的一致性。结果经金标准诊断,阳性8例,阴性122例,经孕早期超声诊断真阳性6例,真阴性121例。分析诊断效能,ROC曲线结果显示AUC为0.916,Kappa值=0.814。结论采用孕早期超声诊断胎儿先天性心脏病,诊断价值较高。Objective To explore the value of ultrasound in early pregnancy for screening fetal congenital heart dis-ease.Methods A total of 130 suspected fetuses with congenital heart disease in the first trimester were non-randomly selected from Liaocheng People's Hospital from January 2020 to June 2023 as the research objects.Ultrasound exami-nation was performed on all of them in the first trimester.Comprehensive clinical diagnosis was used as the gold stan-dard to analyze the diagnosis results.The Receiver Operator Characteristic(ROC)Curve was plotted,and the diagnos-tic efficacy was evaluated based on the Area Under Curve(AUC).The consistency of ultrasound examination in the first trimester was compared with the gold standard by Kappa test.Results According to the gold standard diagnosis,8 cases were positive,122 cases were negative,6 cases were true positive and 121 cases were true negative.ROC curve results showed that AUC was 0.916 and Kappa value was 0.814.Conclusion The diagnosis of congenital heart disease by ultrasonography in the first trimester is of high diagnostic value.
