摘　　要：目的探讨五行音乐对不同分型乳腺癌患者化疗期间癌因性疲乏的疗效及免疫功能影响。方法选取2019年1月—2019年10月收治的乳腺癌化疗患者120例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各60例。观察组化疗期间除常规支持治疗外同步给予五行音乐。通过癌因性疲乏自评量表评测患者疲乏程度(CRF),并测定患者NK细胞及T淋巴细胞亚群水平。结果2组患者化疗前后NK细胞及T淋巴细胞亚群水平均有改变,化疗后观察组三阴性型患者NK、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)较对照组升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。化疗后2组患者CRF状态均出现变化,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论五行音乐能够有效缓解患者癌因性疲乏,调整乳腺癌患者机体免疫能力,改善生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of five elements music on cancer⁃related fatigue and immune function in patients with different types of breast cancer during chemotherapy.Methods A total of 120 patients with breast cancer treated with chemotherapy from January 2019 to October 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 patients in each group.The observation group was given five elements music in addition to conventional supportive treatment during chemotherapy.The fatigue degree(CRF)of patients was evaluated by cancer fatigue self⁃rating scale,and the levels of NK cells and T lymphocyte subsets were measured.Results The levels of NK cells and T lymphocyte subsets in both groups were changed after chemotherapy,and NK and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in triple⁃negative patients in observation group were higher than those in control group after chemotherapy,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).CRF status of patients in both groups changed after chemotherapy,and there was statistical significance between observation group and control group after chemotherapy(P<0.05).Conclusion Five element music can effectively alleviate cancer⁃related fatigue,adjust the immune capacity of breast cancer patients,and improve the quality of life.
