孙光荣建中和胃汤干预肺癌术后化疗相关恶心呕吐临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究孙光荣建中和胃汤方干预肺癌术后化疗相关恶心呕吐疗效。方法将100例肺癌术后化疗患者随机分为试验组和对照组各50例。对照组予以常规西药治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用孙光荣建中和胃汤。2组均干预14 d。比较2组恶心呕吐评分、PSQI评分、中医证候积分、KPS评分。结果治疗后,试验组低于对照组(P<0.05);2组PSQI评分、中医证候积分均降低(P<0.05),试验组均低于对照组(P<0.05);2组KPS评分均升高(P<0.05),试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论孙光荣建中和胃汤干预肺癌术后化疗相关恶心呕吐降低恶心呕吐发生率和严重程度,改善临床症状,提高睡眠质量和生活质量,值得推广。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Jianzhong Hewei decoction of Sun Guangrong on postoperative chemotherapy related nausea and vomiting in lung cancer patients.Methods A total of 100 postoperative chemotherapy patients with lung cancer were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the experimental group received Jianzhong Hewei decoction of Sun Guangrong in addition to the control group.Both groups were intervened for 14 days.The nausea and vomiting scores,sleep quality scores,TCM syndrome scores,and quality of life scores between the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).PSQI score and TCM syndrome score of 2 groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the test group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The KPA score of the two groups was increased(P<0.05),and the test group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianzhong Hewei decoction of Sun Guangrong interferes with chemotherapy related nausea and vomiting after lung cancer surgery,reduces the incidence and severity of nausea and vomiting,improves clinical symptoms,improves sleep quality and quality of life,and is worth promoting.
