摘　　要：排卵障碍性不孕症是常见妇科疾病,该病发病率近年来逐渐上升。蒋贵林主任师从中医妇科专家朱金凤名老中医、欧阳瑜教授等,擅长运用中医药治疗排卵障碍性不孕症,身心同治,提高患者妊娠率,改善患者生活质量,疗效显著。穴位贴敷是一种常用的中医外治法,辨证选用中药制剂贴敷在相应穴位上,通过穴位与体表药物共同作用,在对应组织器官产生药物效应,从而达到治疗疾病的效果。现从中药联合穴位贴敷治疗排卵障碍性不孕症方面介绍蒋主任的临床经验。Infertility due to ovulation disorder is a common gynecological disease,and the incidence of this disease has gradually increased in recent years.Director Jiang Guilin,under the guidance of gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine expert Zhu Jinfeng and Professor Ouyangyu,is good at the use of traditional Chinese medicine therapy to treat ovulation disorder infertility,physical and mental treatment,improve the pregnancy rate of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and the effect is significant.Acupoint application is a commonly used external treatment method of traditional Chinese medicine,syndrome differentiation selection of traditional Chinese medicine preparations affixed to the corresponding acupoints,through the combination of acupoints and body surface drugs,in the corresponding tissues and organs to produce drug effects,so as to achieve the effect of treating diseases.This article introduced the clinical experience of Director Jiang Guilin in the treatment of ovulation dysfunction infertility with traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupoint application.
