自拟宽胸通痹汤治疗心血瘀阻型不稳定型心绞痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察心血瘀阻型不稳定型心绞痛患者采用宽胸通痹汤治疗的临床疗效。方法选取连云港市赣榆区中医院心内科病区于2022年6月—2023年8月收治的64例心血瘀阻型不稳定型心绞痛患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组32例。对照组采用西医疗法,治疗组采用宽胸通痹汤联合西医治疗。治疗1周后,评估2组冠心病心绞痛及心电图治疗效果,并对心绞痛的发作频率进行统计对比。结果治疗后,经冠心病心绞痛和心电图疗效评定,治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);与入院时相比,2组心绞痛发作频率均有所下降,且治疗组心绞痛的发作频率更低(P<0.05)。结论相较于单纯西药治疗,宽胸通痹汤联合西药用于心血瘀阻型不稳定型心绞痛的治疗,效果更佳。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of self⁃made Kuanxiong Tongbi decoction in treating unstable angina pectoris of heart blood stasis type.Methods A total of 64 patients with unstable angina pectoris of heart blood stasis type were studied in Ganyu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2022 to August 2023.They were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 32 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Kuanxiong Tongbi decoction and Western medicine.After 1 week of treatment,the effects of angina pectoris and electrocardiogram were evaluated,and the frequency of angina pectoris was statistically compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the time of admission,the frequency of angina pectoris in both groups decreased,and the frequency of angina pectoris in the treatment group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with simple Western medicine treatment,the combination of self⁃made Kuanxiong Tongbi decoction can achieve better clinical efficacy in treating unstable angina pectoris of heart blood stasis type.
